Mommy's Girl

I have a post all written up for today, all ready to go. And then this morning happened. We were in the middle of our normal routine and playing pass the Belle while mommy and daddy get ready for work. The dreaded work. One of these days I will have to write about our crazy morning schedule and what a typical day looks like for us.


So Belle was her normal happy self this morning. Loving playing the facebook games with daddy while mommy did her hair and make up. We head out the door on time this morning and we get to Grandma and Grandpas. Belle gives Grandma the biggest, happiest smile. So yet again mommy and daddy play the pace the Belle game while we get all her stuff for the day situated. I go to pass Belle to daddy and what does she do. She turns from daddy and throws her arms around me. My heart melted. My little peanut is such a mommys girl, and I secretly love it. Sorry Patrick. She loves her mommy. Really she only clung to me for a few seconds before I passed her on to daddy but it was the best feeling in the world.

It's little things like that, that completely make my day and makes everything worth it.
